Much like a sports team, our company’s success relies on the skills and talents of our individual members, who come from all walks of life. Each person has a specific role to play according to their unique strengths and abilities. Plus, you’re never too old to impart your sports know-how. Within this framework, each employee has a one-on-one meeting with their manager every four to six weeks. During these one-on-ones, your manager will point out where you’re excelling and where you could improve. Most importantly, the two of you will build a relationship of trust and support. Each employee is then able to work with greater freedom, while also being held accountable for their actions.
