Vacuum dance

Time to get creative! Grab your vacuum, put on your favourite song, and try to get all the crumbs while boogying down.

Squat Toss: Toy Edition

Do one squat to pick up every toy around the house. If you have a toy chest or a bin lying around, play a game of basketball and toss them inside!

Get up and move

every 20 minutes

It’s strongly recommended by health specialists. Some people like to set an alarm as a reminder, others leave their coffee or water in the kitchen to motivate them to take a few extra steps.

Tour de France

First...make your bed. Then, lie down and cycle

your legs in the air (helmet optional).

Cool down with a short rest.
